Where can I find information before the event?

The best place to find accurate and up-to-date information is here on the White Night website, and on the event’s social channels including Instagram, Facebook and Twitter pages.

Where can I find information during the event?

Information points and guest services are located throughout the precinct and will be on-hand to help with your questions. For updates throughout the night, keep an eye on our social channels.

What time does White Night start/end?

White Night will commence at 6PM and conclude at midnight.

When is the best time to visit White Night?

You are welcome to visit White Night at any time between 6PM and midnight. All attractions will run for the full duration of the event so there is no need to rush. Please take your time and enjoy the event.

Is White Night ticketed?

No, White Night is a FREE event. No registration is required to attend, just show up and have some fun. While the event is free to access, food served by mobile food traders within the event precinct will need to be purchased.

What should I bring to the event?

Make sure you bring a water bottle, a charged phone and comfortable shoes. White Night is an outdoor event so please wear appropriate clothing for the weather. You’re welcome to bring your own snacks if you’d prefer not to order from one of the many food vendors at White Night.

Can I consume alcohol at White Night?

No. White Night is an alcohol-free event.

Will the event go ahead in the case of inclement weather?

Rain, hail or shine, the event will proceed unless it is deemed unsafe to do so. Check the weather forecasts in advance and come prepared.

Is White Night family friendly?

Yes, White Night is designed for all ages. The event precinct will be busy, so we encourage parents to keep a close eye on younger children.

Where can I eat?

There will be food trucks located in the Shepparton Art Museum precinct and Tom Collins Drive. In addition, Culture Kitchen will operate in Vaughan Street.

Check the Greater Shepparton Council website HERE for cafes and restaurants open during White Night in the Shepparton CBD.

Will there be toilets available?

Yes, in addition to all Council facilities, which will be open for the duration of the event, there will be extra toilets on site. Check the website map for locations.

Is White Night an accessible event?

Yes, all installations are wheelchair accessible.

Where will the First Aid station be located?

First Aid and information will be located on the corner of Welsford and Vaughan Streets and the corner of Sobraon and Welsford Streets.

Will White Night be COVID-Safe?

The White Night team is working closely with the Victorian Government to deliver a COVID-Safe event for everyone to enjoy.

What roads will be closed in the lead up, during and after the event?

The setup of event related infrastructure will begin from Tuesday 21 June with the pack down of all event related infrastructure completed by Tuesday 28 June. Further details and timings can be found below:

Tuesday, 21 June to Friday, 24 June:
  • Set up between 9:00am and 5:00pm & 7:00pm and 6:00am
  • Road closures surrounding the event locations (refer road closure map)

Saturday, 25 June:
  • Set up between 9:00am and 5:00pm
  • Additional road closures surrounding the event locations (refer road closure map)

Sunday, 26 June:
  • Pack down between 9:00am and 5:00pm
  • Road closures surrounding the event locations (refer road closure map)

Monday, 27 June & Tuesday, 28 June:
  • Removal of all remaining event related infrastructure
